Why Supplier Collaboration Matters As Automotive Hiring Ramps Up

NPR recently reported on the upward hiring trend among auto parts suppliers. The article illustrates two key challenges in supply chains today:  First, ramping up production requires the support of the whole supply chain. A manufacturer must consider the strength of their ecosystem.
